WCW: Plain old stupid
As most people know, WCW wasn't the most successful wrestling company in the world. Despite being the second biggest company at one time, even rivaling the mighty World Wrestling Federation during the 'Monday night wars', they were able to run themselves into the ground and eventually allow themselves to be bought out and owned by the now WWE. What's make the whole downfall of this company even sadder is why and how they spiralled down to the point of WCW closing selling themselves.
